ANME is happy to announce the addition of a new “Research Projects” section to the website. This section will spotlight ANME sponsored research on educational history in Australia. The inaugural project is entitled “The First School Teachers and Schools in Colonial New South Wales,” a look at the first group of teachers sent to the Colony with the First Fleet and in the following decades. Dr. Geoffrey Burkhardt authored the piece.
